39 New Homes for Sale Over $5 Million Since the New Year

It appears as though home buyers in the luxury real estate market aren't having any issues with there being a fresh selection of new listings to choose from in San Diego County.

As we approach the first weekend of February 2016, there have been 39 new detached homes listed for sale over $5 million since January 1st, 2016. There are a total of 155 listings over $5 million in the county.

Are Luxury Property Listings Selling?

You bet. The San Diego luxury market is very strong, just in the last 90 days, 14 homes over $5 million have sold and there are 11 more pending, which means they are under contract and in escrow.

Prices have also remained strong and continue to increase with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. San Diego is viewed as a "great deal" by many foreign home buyers, how long San Diego will remain a secret remains to be seen and with prices increasing at the rate they are it may not be long before the word is out.
